The catalog includes Jewish sufganiyot and hamentashen, Mexican pan de muerto, Chinese mooncake, Italian panettone, Caribbean black cake, Indian jalebi, Japanese mochi, Russian kulich, German stollen, Levantine maamoul, Norwegian kransekake, British hot cross buns, Swedish pepparkakor, Finnish joulutorttu, and Turkish/Greek baklava โ selected for cultural significance, NYC/NJ artisan availability, and ship-readiness for late-2026 commerce launch.
OyPizza's distinguishing feature is its Founder model. The first 1,000 people who sign up become permanent named Founders with public badges visible across all community interactions. Founders receive voting weight on menu decisions, first-window access to commerce when it ships, and first invitations to the Manhattan venue when it opens Spring 2027.

The brand has shipped a public Cultural Sensitivity Statement detailing its five-tier framework for cultural editorial work โ Tier 1 (owner culture, self-authored) through Tier 5 (indigenous/sacred, deferred entirely). At launch, eight cultural stories appear in catalog modals, three of them by paid food writers from the cultures featured.
OyPizza is the food chapter of a multi-format JEWISH franchise developed by composer/producer Walter J. Kin (RIGLI). The franchise spans music (an 8-year Russian-language Jewish music catalog with 9.7 million streams across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and LANDR, in active collaboration with Russian poet Olga Anikina), theater (Jewish, the Musical โ stage production in development), film (JEWISH feature treatment), and television (JEWISH limited series bible).
The brand operates as Rigli Publishing under Walter J. Kin, founder, who is a member of The Dramatists Guild of America.
