Oy Pizza.
(Jewish + Global Food = This)
One rule. One Jewish word + one global food. Every time. No exceptions. Built in New York City. Est. 2026.
The Idea
One Rule. Everything Follows.
Every dish at Oy Pizza starts with one Jewish or Yiddish word. Then one global food. Together they become something new.
Pastrami + Origami = Pastrami Origami.
Sababa (Hebrew for "all good") + street combo = Sababa Combo.
Mensh (Yiddish for integrity) + honest food = Mensh Order.
Some words are obvious — Challah, Mazal Tov, L'Chaim. Some will surprise you. Glitch. Nosh. Schmooze. Spiel. Words everyone uses — with Yiddish roots nobody knows.
That's the game. That's the restaurant. Every dish teaches you something without trying to.
