THE STORY · SABABA YO

SababaYo Jamhome

Come eat with us.

A sandwich in one hand. A soda in the other. Somebody laughing about the sauce on their shirt.

That's the whole thing.

THE STORY

Sababa means cool. Yo means yo.

Street food is honest. Nobody pretends it's something it isn't. You order, you eat, you leave happy — or you tell the cook what would've made it better, and next time it's better.

SababaYo is a fast-food line built that way. Protein that earns its spot. Bread that holds up. Sauce that matters. Not gourmet. Not trying to be. Real food, real fast, at a price real people can afford.

Three formats: challah sandwich, taco, rye sub. Those stay. The fillings, the combos, the sauces — those we figure out together. You suggest, you vote, the good ideas make the menu.

It's not a laboratory. It's a kitchen. With the door open.

The challah sandwich needs a brisket option. That's it. That's my whole note.

Got the taco with falafel on my lunch break. Ate it walking. Didn't fall apart. That's the real test.

Proposal: tuna melt on the rye sub. Celery, onion, the whole diner treatment. Who's with me.

Hutzpa Sauce is dangerous. I keep a packet in my bag now like it's lip balm.

Sababa Soda Orange is better than the one we all know. Fight me.

OVER TO YOU

What should go inside?

The three formats are the question. You're the answer.

Pastrami on challah with melted gruyere? A tuna melt sub? Shawarma tacos with pickled onions? Schnitzel sandwich, ketchup, the works? Something nobody's ever put together? Tell us.

Suggestions with the most votes go into the kitchen. The ones that hit get a permanent slot on the menu. Your idea, your name next to it.

Come eat with us.

SababaYo is built on what you tell us. The sooner you're in, the more of it is yours.
