Honest truth: plain Mazza is a cracker nobody gets excited about. Eight days a year, then back to the drawer. We're fixing that.

THE IDEA

Turn Mazza into a snack people crave.

Two ways we're doing it:

1. Coatings and dips. Take ordinary Mazza. Dip it, top it, drizzle it. Simple, immediate, deliciously obvious.

2. Custom-baked Mazza. We'll partner with a manufacturer to bake Mazza in flavors no one has tried — different doughs, spices, add-ins baked right in. Small batches at first. You'll taste them, you'll vote, the winners stay on the menu.

Some experiments will flop. That's the point — we're finding what Mazza wants to be when it stops being boring.

ROUND ONE

Four directions we're testing first.

Nothing here is final. These are starting points — the ones you love stick, the ones you don't disappear.

Dark chocolate, salt, something tart on top. Grown-up energy.

Milk chocolate, nuts, something that feels like a hug from your childhood.

White chocolate, colors, things that crunch. Kids destroy this one.

Savory. Salty. Things chocolate's not supposed to meet. Don't judge until you've tried.
